Procedures to Get Access to the MnSCU Information Systems
New User
If you are a new user and you don't have access to any of the MnSCU Information Systems:
- Complete both the Request for MnSCU Systems User ID Security Form (.pdf) and Security Forms to request access to the appropriate MnSCU Information System(s) Modules.
- The Security Forms may be found on the Security Forms page
- Send/fax the completed Security Forms to the Security Administrator listed below:

- The Security Administrator will contact you to give you your User ID and password.
Existing User
If you are an existing user and you need access to additional MnSCU Information Systems or need to add or delete rights:
- Complete a MnSCU Security Form to request access to the appropriate MnSCU Information System(s) Modules. The Security Forms may be found on the Security Forms page.
- Send/fax the completed MnSCU Security Forms to above location.
Delete User ID
If you need to delete a User ID for an employee who no longer requires access to the MnSCU Information System(s):
- Complete the Request for MnSCU Systems User ID Security Form.
- Send/fax the completed Security Form to the above location.
