- Assignment Policies
- Object Level Security

R25 Functional Security
Functional security controls access to functional areas of R25, such as whether or not a user can access the event search function or the report directory. Required.R25 Assignment Policies
Assignment policies provide an additional level of control (beyond that provided by functional security) over your spaces and resources. They allow you to define for each space and resource who can assign it to events and when it can be assigned to events. Use of assignment policies is optional based on your access control needs.R25 Object Level Security
Object security provides an even more granular level of control over spaces, resources, and other R25 objects?cabinets, folders, events, and reports. Use of object security is optional based on your access control needs. To read more about Resource25 security, go to the Security and Business Practices manual.
