Single Application:
The Single Application project has two major deliverable components - a communications module and modifications to the existing electronic application process.
The Communications Module will consist of two parts:
1) Mail Merge functionality: a paper mail merge process which will allow a campus the ability to create messages, identify the recipients, and print the letters for mailing;
2) Email/SMS functionality: a messaging service which will add the capability to send a message electronically via email or sms text messaging.
The Application Modifications will consist of two parts:
1) Multiple campus submittal: modifications to the existing process which will allow an applicant to submit an application to multiple campuses at the same time;
2) Reduction of duplicate records: an internal ISRS component which will reduce the number of duplicate records
