HR: Total Compensation Module Project
In order to negotiate competitive market salaries, Labor Relations needs to be able to compare not only base salaries, but total compensation to insure that all forms of pay are included in the analysis to determine MnSCU's position is via the market. This project will purchase software that will survey peer institutions and analyze that data to allow for proper understanding of market forces.
