Automatic Transfer of High School Data
To fulfill the MARSS requirements as well as improve the way high school transcript information is handles and transferred from high schools to the system.
This project has a number of parts:
First, the Implementation of the MARSS data input from the MARSS system.
Second, a coordinated effort between the system and the regional information centers to understand what systems are being used in each district and what interfaces would be required to each system to transfer high school transcript and immunization records.
Third, defining and building how information will be accessed and used within the ISRS system. This in itself has a number facets including the implementation of digital signatures to identify people possible storage of transcript images as well as transcript data.
Finally determining what interfaces out of ISRS back to the high schools and/or other higher education institutions.
