Assessment of ITS Web Structure
PROJECT IS COMPLETE.
The current ITS website has numerous owners, a great deal of content, and is organized loosely by department. Feedback from various users of the content talked about difficulty finding and/or using the resulting information.
ITS Web Structure Focus Groups are being held to evaluate the ITS web site's structure; to ensure it best serves the system users across business units and levels of responsibility. A web survey will be posted on the site for a finite period.
The findings of the focus groups and web surveys, along with a heuristic evaluation has resulted in a formal assessment of the ITS web site structure. A course of action will be determined after careful review of the assessment's recommendations, and initiated during 2008 project planning.
