Accounting Web Application - It's Here!
On June 8th the new Accounting web application rolled out to all campuses. The new application contains many new and improved features.

From this site, click on the Meeting tab and then search by day, week or month using the keyword "ACCT" to find all the meetings labeled Acct on the Web.

ITS HelpDesk - New Tool
We are currently piloting a new helpdesk tool - HP Service Desk. The pilot is going well; however, some critical issues have been identified. We originally planned to deploy this new tool state-wide on May 18th, but because of these issues, we have decided to delay the launch until they have been resolved. For now, the pilot will continue. Users not involved in the pilot will continue to use the existing RNT tool. Watch for more information in the coming month.
